How to edit the profile introduction of "Hey, I'm ....!"

I noticed someone's profile intro started with "Hi, I'm ...." instead of "Hey..."   I couldn't figure out how to edit that.   I keep thinking how my grandmother used to tell me 'Hay(Hay) is for Horses...'

Any way I can edit that first line in the profile description?
