How to explain negative automatic report

I had two guests to sequently arrive, but suddenly I had a broken item that prevented hosting them. Airbnb wrote an automatic review that I cancelled both trips. Is there any place to write an explanation on the review?

Yes, @Heba2. Go to Profile -> Edit Profile -> Reviews to find the reviews. There is a link at the bottom of each saying "Leave Public Response". You can explain there. 

OR, since this had to do with a broken item and wasn't just whimsy on your part, you can try calling Airbnb or tweeting AirbnbHelp to ask that those notices be removed. In these cases, it is best not to cancel yourself, but to get help from customer service. Now that it is done, they may or may not help, but it's worth a try.
