How to find a manager for my listing?

I have a property in Jerusalem, Israel which I use only occasionally.  I'd like to find an experienced Airbnb host to manage the listing for me.  What is the best way to connect with Airbnb managers in Jerusalem?  I've tried my friends but no one knows anyone who manages listings for others.

Does not look like there is AirBnB sanctioned co-hosts available in Jerusalem, nor is there a Jerusalem Home Sharing Club, So you'd probably have to advertise for a co-host like on Craigslist https://jerusalem.craigslist.org/ or use a vacation rental agent.
