How to follow up payouts not yet received

Hallo,

I had bookings at different listings on 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 January 2020 and have not received payouts on one of these bookings.  Guests stayed and left already.  It is the first time it takes this long for payouts to be received.

Were there any changes to payout rules/regulations that I am not aware of?

did it ever get resolved?  I just had this happened with a guest who stayed 3 nights!
