How to get guests to stay for longer visits

I’d love some input, please! We have a 5 bedroom house on 22 acres in Vermont. We are constantly booked for weekends and would love help getting longer bookings. (We do have some over the summer months). We have a 2 night minimum, so clearly we could change that, but we are afraid we would lose a lot of guests if we upped that minimum. Have any of you changed from a 2 night min to a higher number? Was it a good thing to do or did you lose guests?

@Laura2327 my space is weekend heavy, I just make enough money on those 8 nights to make my month worth it.

To make additional nights more appealing:  a higher cleaning fee and/or some low priced nights sprinkled in the calendar
