How to get my property approved.

Hello everyone, my name is Mackenzie Rucci I am a property manager of a brand new Airbnb. I'm trying to create a listing however they are saying my property doesn't exist but it in fact does. I've already sent an email back to them asking for them to allow me to provide proof and haven't gotten an email back. Any suggestions on how I should proceed?

Do you mean that AirBNB is saying it does not exist as a listing on your host account or does not exist as a real physical street address ?
