@Stella158 what I can imagine happening here is that when you "gently informed' the guest about your noise issues, she felt less welcome or even scolded, which only added to her overall disappointment about not being allowed to cook. Sure it's her own fault for not reading the rules, but once a guest is unhappy with their stay it becomes the host's problem to solve. You can either ignore the bitterness and ride out the remainder of the stay, or you can offer the guest an opportunity to cut the stay short and move to a place that better suits her needs. The latter course would mean amending the booking and refunding the unused nights, but doing so would not be an admission of any fault on your part.
