How to handle rude guest?

This guest has been pulling long face since she found that rental doesn't allow cooking. I have stated clearly in my profile even in the house rules section. I gently inform her not creating loud door closing noise especially in the morning when most of us either work from home or college student who doesn't follow 9-5 living style but her reply was rude.

Just want to know what's host's right on guest like this? I don't wish to offer refund as it might seems to be host's fault when the fault was with the guest on not reading the profile carefully?

@Stella158

Im sure most guest dont read the property profile fully,

Let her sulk, stop banging doors or you can leave,

"No Refund"

@Stella158 what I can imagine happening here is that when you "gently informed' the guest about your noise issues, she felt less welcome or even scolded, which only added to her overall disappointment about not being allowed to cook. Sure it's her own fault for not reading the rules, but once a guest is unhappy with their stay it becomes the host's problem to solve. You can either ignore the bitterness and ride out the remainder of the stay, or you can offer the guest an opportunity to cut the stay short and move to a place that better suits her needs. The latter course would mean amending the booking and refunding the unused nights, but doing so would not be an admission of any fault on your part.
