How to increase the maximum number of guests on my listing page in airbnb. The system gives me a maximum of 16 guests and my villa can accommodate 25 guests, and I can not edit and increase the number of guests in my listing page.

as far as I know, 16 guests are the maximum on Airbnb.

If your villa is divided into a few separate units then you can list them separately.

Be careful with big groups though... we have a studio apartment for 2 guests, apartment for max 6 guests and we can also rent it together for 8 guests. My experience is - bigger group = more trouble, worse reviews, and lower ratings 😞

When you are ‘recognized’ as a property manager/professional host by Airbnb. I.e.: Also Eligible to the Super Strict cancellation policies, Etc. Then there is apparently an option to increase the number of guests on your property - over the max 16-guest limit.

No idea, what reasoning is behind this. But that seems to be the case.

Just lookup some others, that allow more than 16 guests.
