How to manage two linked listings?

We have two apartments in the same standalone building.

One is 2BR, the other a Studio.

Because of noise issues, we now only want to rent the Studio as an ADD-ON to the 2BR.  We're calling the combined apartments a Duplex.

We have "synced" their calendars, so that if someone books the Duplex, the dates are blocked out on both individual calendars.

No problem with that.

We are also OK with the 2BR being booked independently of the Studio.

Our question, however, is whether there is a way to prevent the Studio from being booked independently?  We have stated in the listing that's it's available only as an add-on, but it comes up as available if you do a search.  In fairness to people searching, we'd like to avoid having to decline any requests that might come in for it.

@Jeffrey472 You need to modify your listings so that you have

1) A 2 bed place

2) A 3 bed place

then link the calendars and you will get what you desire with the added benefit that searches for 6 people show up now.
