How to remove money to a perfect guest ?

Hello, I'd like ton remove money to my last guest. He left today after booked my appartment three times and I want to remburse him the cleaning fee. But if I use the button remove money airbnb propose only bad critic and and they were top guest ! That the reason I want to remburse them. Thanks for your help.

I assume you  want to send(!) money to the guest, not requesting him for money.
