Hello,
I had to open 2 cases after a very unfortunate, bizarre and dangerous encounter with two different groups of people. Both cases were assigned to one safety and trust manager named Kendrick.
In a few words: the first guest trespassed my property, used it for seems to be criminal activity, smoked and trashed my place, I was going to call 911, but luckily for me, he left and I just ended up dealing with emergency locksmith until 2 am. The second guest smoked and trashed my place a few days after first one.
I have been going back and forth with Kendrick for a week now - he is ignoring evidence and everything that I'm saying. He is trying to force me to accept $100 while damage estimate is $2000+ and threatening me not to move forward at all if I don't accept his offer.
How can I request to be reassigned to a different case manager or how can I speak to a supervisor or anyone really who can stop this abuse and waste of my time?
I've tried to call 3 times - I was told: 1. I can't speak to a case manager over the phone 2. I can't request to speak to his supervisor and etc 3. The only way to communicate is only via Kendrick but talking to Kendrick is as good as talking to a wall
