How to send a complaint to Airbnb about a dishonest host?

I just wanted to ask a question and was immediately charged, when the cancellation policy is strict. but the listing that is booked is not properly represented, its without a bedroom or bed, and the host also demanded additional charges beyond what was detailed, and at the moment he doesnt answer me -how can I file a claim? there is Just  an option for canceling with paying a fine.. thanks! @Ido3  So as a traveler, you want to cancel the booking?  Have you checked in or do you want to change to another listing?  If you need help from Air BNB, call them.  Here is a community guide for contacting Air BNB including country specific phone numbers.
