I'd like to open my listing to a one month rental starting on a specific date. How do I do this?

For only 1 date in 1 specific month ?
The open the calender for those 31 days and set minium stay to 30 nights (or 28,29 if you allow it also).
To be sure check-in is only on that date, also set the check-in day.
You can do this by setting a "custom requirement" in senction "lenght of stay" OR use a rule set.

Thanks for your suggestion. I tried to do it as you described using rule-set. It seems to have worked in the beginning, but when I try to book a few days before the start date and checkout after 2 weeks, it allowed it and that's what I'm trying to avoid. I want a specific check-in day and a specific check out day. For example check-in July 1st and check-out July 30th. Is it possible to do this?
I think I figured it out. If I block the day before check-in and the day after check-out then it works.
