How to set the same base price for 1 or 2 persons and then ad $20 per person up to six there after?

I believe that option is in price settings. You can set max number of guests and extra charge for each guest after 2 or whatever suits you.

Thanks for the information and I did finally find it. I had been missing the box to set your initial maximum quests.

I think the smart pricing thing got in the way.

@Doug-And-Hazel0 Yes to what @Elaine-and-Duane0 said. Open your calendar. Near the upper right, click on Pricing Settings. Carefully ignoring the bad, bad, bad Smart Pricing section, scroll down to the bottom and click on Additional Pricing Options. Scroll down until, below the Cleaning Fee bit, you see a checkbox for Additional Guests. Check that box and proceed from there.

I think the smart pricing thing got in the way and I don't like the smart pricing idea either.

I also want to approve every quest that books with us. I haven't had any real problems but there are a lot of flaky people these days.
