How to set weekly/monthly discounts on iPad

I can change weekly and monthly discounts through my Android phone but I cannot do the same through the iPad. It only allows me to accept the recommended tip. However, I can change other booking settings through the iPad.

@Sophocles0 That is so odd, I just checked on my iPad and you're absolutely right.  When you go to Booking Settings -> Pricing, you can see your discounts under "Length-of-stay pricing."  But when you click through, there's no way to edit them.

The only thing I can see is "Add a custom length-of-stay discount."  Then you get the option to choose a number of nights from 2 through 6, or 14.  (This may be because I already have weekly and monthly discounts chosen.  Perhaps if I hadn't you'd get the option to choose from 2 through 30.) 

No ability to edit is so strange!

where can I find the Add custom length of stay discount you mentioned. I can not see it through iPad.

@Sophocles0 Here are screenshots for you.  You start at Booking Settings.  Do you see it?

I turned the smart pricing on and I still don’t see the Add legnth of stay discount in both environments ie android and iPad.

please note that I had set hard coded daily prices via calendar. I had these prices before I turned smart pricing on. Should I remove these daily prices?
