I am host for 4 years now with my brand Čajkovskij Apartments. First year was very tough for us, because of few not good reviews. Second year we started using digital guidebook. It is something where you enter all needed information for your guests and share it with them before their arrival. It works and now after 3 years of using we have 9.8/10 with around 700 reviews on Booking.com.
I would like to share it with you so I prepare template with all instructions in PDF for everybody who want to test it.
