Hurricane Refund - where does the money come from in resolution center?

Hi! 

I had to refund part of a guests stay due to the hurricane in Myrtle Beach. I used the resolution center. Does that money that I refunded come from my bank account or from future payouts? Just wanted to be clear how the money is being transferred 😃
