Husband traveling with "girlfriend"

Please read below and see the request this guest (from SEPTEMBER) is asking me to do?  I don't think it's possible and I don't know how to ask Airbnb to delete it.  Any ideas?  (My suspision is he is currently married and visited my place with his girlfriend...)  You need to read from the bottom up to see the correct sequense to our interaction.

Just tell him you have contacted AirBnB and asked that they edit your review so that it is shown as his girlfriend and not his wife.

That's a good one!  He really wants it deleted but I like making him think it will just be amended...

I seriously just wrote to him and said that I asked them to change the word "wife" to "girlfriend."  I'm sure he's peeing his pants about now..  Having a former husband who cheated, it's difficult not to be a bit spiteful in this situation.
