I originally booked my trip to Cabo for my bachelors party intending to celebrate in Pedregal. After I booked, I realized my mistake! Susan was great and agreed to cancel my listing and provided a full refund!

That was very nice of Susan....I wonder does Susan realise that she will get a financial penatly for cancelling your reservation, the dates will be blocked in her diary and she will not be eligible for Superhost status for a year!
