Second, no one can help you find guests. That’s your job to make your rental as appealing as you can to attract guests.
Third, make your rental inviting for guests. Make sure your pictures are taken in landscape mode. Make sure your pictures include all aspects of your rental. Where are pictures of the 2 bedrooms, living area, dining area, and bathroom? Is the rental furnished? There’s nothing in the kitchen, e.g., coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Fourth, tell guests what they are getting and any house rules.
Fifth, tell guest who you are in the “About Me” section.
And finally, you just can’t slap a rental on the airbnb platform and expect people will come. It doesn’t work like that.
I searched the platform and there are 283 listings in your area that you are competing with. I suggest that you do a search too and see what you’re up against. This will also give you an idea on how to setup your own listing.
In order to get guests, you have to make sure your rental stands out.
