Gerry has the right idea, so let me make it abit clearer.

I am assuming you wish for a friend to get a special price during December. Its actually quite easy to do so. Don't change any settings you have, and have your friend "inquire" (so not booking, just asking to book) about your suite at your regular price. You'll get a notification that he wishes to book and will have 3 options; Pre-approval, Decline or Send Special Offer. 

Choose Special Offer and send your friend the price you actually wish to charge, and that price will only be for your friend.
