I allowed automatic pricing, now all prices are crazy and not accurate

The prices are crazy and my cleaning fee has reverted to old price and it wont revert. If I look up my listing it is really cheap with inaccurate cleaning fee???!!!

@Andrea2150,

There is not such thing like "automatic pricing". So you probably mean "Smart pricing", but then you can set your own bounderies like highest and lowest price. Also there is "Price tips", which can be activated, but is not recommended to use.

You can allways set the prices yourself correctly, including the cleaning fee, by managing your listing.

All information can be found in the HELP section by using the right keywords, i selected allready a few:

@Emiel1 Thanks for your reply.

I rang Airbnb and there clerly was a glitch in the system which they fixed, so have only just found your note. Have not used forum properly before. Thanks

PS....  am not this slow with guest comms, actually very attentive 🙂

Am trying to see how to optimise my listing now with weekend, weekday pricing and discounts for different length of stays and considering dropping my cleaning fee and including same in nightly price....? Also saw on another local listing "add 4 days and save" and wondered how to generate this on my listing. Clearly there are some ways prompt the system to do this...Not my forte computers clearly!

@Andrea2150,

The message "add x nights and save" is generated by Airbnb, it can not be set by the host.

It can show up when a longer stay could be a bargain (For example someone wants to book 6  nights, but the message suggest to book 7 nights, as then the weekly discount applies)

best regards,

Emiel
