I am Super host, and am disgusted by the way i have been treated by a case manager

I am a super host  with 2 listings and  4.8 star rating.  I  am appalled by the unethical treatment i received from a case manager at Air bnb, who took my listings off air bnb and cancelled all future bookings, based on ONE guest who claimed there was an infestation of mice at my place.  This drastic action was taken, even though i subsequently got official documentation  from a pest control company to the contrary.  Can anyone advise a way  to get hold of a supervisor at Air bnb to get my money refunded and my places back online?

Does someone have an email address that i can send the documentation to so that i can PROVE that there IS NO MICE INFESTATION
