I am a London airbnb host. I have reached my maximum 90 days of bookings for this year. I read on the airbnb website that if i change my minimum booking to at least 90 days then this will not be deemed a short term let and should open my diary for bookings. I did this, but my diary is still blocked. Can anyone help?

Set up a new listing? Keep one for STR and one for LTR. Also you need to be aware that LTR and tenants rights etc are a much different situation.

Where do i see when i am close to end of my 90 day? Can i set up two listings  on one property? Ltr and str?
