I am a new host. I confirmed a reservation but did not get the tab for"itinerary". Is it confirmed

@Arlene7 I think the itinerary is only for guests, you don't see it as a host. You can check the booking by going to the Host menu (on a desktop/laptopm computer), then click on Your Reservations. The booking will be shown and it is confirmed if it says Accepted next to it.
