I am a new host and got two reservations for same dates

Hi this is Saul and I am a new host

I received a reservation yesterday for Jan 25-31. Today I got another reservation for Jan 26-Feb 2. How is that possible. Is there any problem with the Calendar that does not show the dates Booked or What can I do to handle those conflicts?

Hi - are you sure they are actually reservations? And not just enquiries?

Do you use Instant Book - if so then (usually) only one person can book for those dates.

Look at your calendar for those dates and see if either of the two are actually booked - I will guess that you accepted the first one (?) and the second was a request or enquiry

Thanks for your reply. I found the issue.

I published 2 different listings but calendars were not syncrhonized.
