You dont get monthly payment, but distinct payment for each booking.

Payment is released from Airbnb the next day after check-in.

The only payments you receive are from the bookings you get for your listing(s).

You aren't being paid by AirBnB, you are being paid by the guests.
No guests, no payments.

(or, hopefully...)

Lots of guests, lots of payments!
