I have a very weird problem with Airbnb portal.
I get booking requests on my email and when clicking on pre-approve button or going to my airbnb account on a browser I get a message that I do not have access to this thread. And I am not able to respond to my guests.
Has anyone else had that problem? I have already sent at least 3 letters to support, deleted my previous account, created a new one and the problem still exists!!! I have lost several bookings because of that and don't know what to do :(.
I appreciate any kind of assistance. Thank you!
