I am not getting paid - Airbnb wont fix it or tell me why they have not released funds - since 2016.

I have about 8 reservations of people who have stayed who I have not been paid for.  Three of them are from 2016. Three of them are from this pads July and August.  I have called Airbnb several times for pervious reservations, as well as for the most recent. I have been told that on August 21 (a few weeks after I started the last complaing) it was escalated to the highest level with urgency.  IT is now September 1, 2017 and I have not heard from anyone at Airbnb. No call, no email.   The person I have spoken when I called them cant help me or tell me anythign. I was told it still has not been assigned a case manager, and she has no idea why I have not been paid.  The people who stayed seemed happy- extended their stay thru Airbnb - and have stopped by for mail after moving out, never saying they had any problems. They do not know why I would not have been paid.  I have done over $300,000.00 worth of business with Airbnb since 2016, and the customer service just seems to get worse. I have never had such a hard time getting in touch with someone who I can communicate with about a problem. No explaination, no email, no contact person, no money. They just tell me to look for an email or phone call from the case manager when assigned, and no one get in touch with me. They say they have more calls than usual, but a month is too long.   I can't even get an email address to send a complaint to in order to start the documentation process. Does anyone have an idea how I can solve this? Natalie [Phone number hidden]. Is there an address to send a certified letter to or something? Any suggestions?

@Natalie185 this is terrible! I am sorry to hear this. 

Maybe it would be better to contact them through the system then to call, at least you will leave some trail .

Get your local Newspaper or TV station involved, I'm wondering if some sort of internal fraud being perpetrated at Airbnb?

 

it has all the hallmarks of it....

 

Money going missing

Reluctance to resolve the issue

Passing the book

I have no deposits since Nov 6 guest. I have been given 3 different reasons why by 3 different people.  One lady left for 4 days ? I tried someone else....they pushed me back to her thread. I asked for phone call. None. My listing are closed because no one can explain where all the money is. Transactions show deposit into business account....but no funds in there. It had been going on for weeks.....losing money daily....no one seems too concerned. I asked for phone call today....nada. I have requested another level to speak to...nada. Explained the damage being done. 0 concern. Still waiting for truth and fix so I can open business again. Nov 6th !! Its been a month of no money due to missing money and now me closing until resolve.
