I believe someone has set up an Airbnb account using my details

Please can someone help - I have gone to set up an Airbnb account using my email account only to find it has been used by someone else with a name I do not recognise.  I have had to use another email address to set up an account in order to try to find someone who can help me!  How do I speak or email someone who can help me check this out?
