I can not become money from guest

Hey,

 Before 2 weeks I have guest in my apartment.I write my bank order,wait 2 days and then they write,that have mistake in my bank order and I can not become money.The problem is not in my order.

What can I do?

@Kalina8   Your question is confusing. Are you saying you're asking guest to book via a bank tranfer to you? If so that's against AirBnB's rules.
