I live quite a way from my rental. I have a local couple who are my managers/housekeeper/handy man. I set my accout up using facebook and was told that there was no way for them to be able to access and manage my listing when I am on vacation or just to look at the calender. Seriously??? So then I got an update from airbnb saying this feature was coming soon. I really need my housekeeper to be able to log on and see the calender and manage for me when I am off the grid. Anyone know when this is happening?
@Rene1, try to contact ABB via one of these means.

You can reach them as well via the Help link at bottom top of this page.
Also, on any guest reservation itinerary is an AirBnB phone number.
You have set up a listing and are expecting a local couple to manage your listing for you. So you need to give them the AirBnB login information (NOT your Facebook login details). It is best to be an email address that is only for AirBnB and basic common sense says the password must be different from any of your banking or other passwords. But if you want them to manage your listing on your behalf that's what you need to do and you need to trust them which I assume you do as you have given them the responsibility of managing your property.
Hopefully soon we'll be able to give designated "others" access to the calendar and messages without seeing other account information, but it's not there yet and other platforms I have worked with have shown this is a very complex wish to achieve.
In the meantime while you wait for this log-in feature, if you wish for them to know when guests are coming and going, you can set up and sync a Google calendar with them to provide these details. It would be a shared calendar between you and them. As you approve guests, Airbnb automatically uploads the guest's name and reservation details that can be accessed by your care takers. You personally can add more details to the calendar and the guest listings that will be private for your care takers (example: guests asked for extra blankets) . This will at least help coordinate listing times and schedules.
What they won't get is the profile picture of the guests for a visual confirmation that the correct guests have arrived. Nor will they be able to act on your behalf to vett and approve guests - that would still fall on you.
