I can't get a photography quote even though my listing is published

I would like to get a photography quote but every time I click on "get a quote", Airbnb says that my listing isn't published. My listing has been published. I got an email confirmation. Help!

@Michelle1205  You are better off getting a local real estate photographer that you can see his work first, some of the AirBnB photographers are not so good.
