I can't set-up my bank account

Dear Community,

I have issue to change my payout preference. I want to set-up my bank account to transfer the money and don't have to use paypal. But when I click on Next to be directed the website, nothing happens.

Can somebody help me please. I need to make that change asap.

First, make sure you're trying this on a computer with Google Chrome and clear out your cache, cookies, and history. 

Try to enter the payout preference again and see if it goes through this time.

Thank you so much for your reply. I tried on my phone and now I have another issue. The website ask me the IBAN and the SWIFT. I am in The Bahamas there is no IBAN. But it does accept it without the IBAN.

I have the same problem. Australia banks don't use IBAN. What I do?

I am trying to enter my bank account details for payment from our first guest. The Airbnb site asking for my for my bank opens up with the banner https with a red line through it and the words, "This is an unsecured site". Therefore I cannot give AIRbnb my bank details to take payment on my behalf.

I have attempted to raise this with Airbnb through their chat system but no-one replies. There are no direct contact details on their website.

My first impression of Airbnb is that it is not an adequate service as the customer service/help is plain useless. Is there a phone number for Airbnb in Australia?

I am new and have yet to receive any payments.

I have many bookings and set up Pay-Pal since I couldn't find my Mexican bank in the drop down menu.

I'd prefer to have my funds deposited into my Mexican bank via transfer...how do I add that if the bank is not in the drop down menu of choices?

Did you make sure that the country that is set up for your profile is Mexico?
