I created three listings and the address is wrong on one.

I have three houses and I created listings for all of them.  One of them the address is wrong.  I am trying to fix it but Airbnb says that the house can not move and so I have to create another listing.  I have done a bunch of work on it already and I have a reservation.  Also, how do you send a rental agreement?  I am having a challenging time!
