my guest booked and I declined the booking. I changed my mind and he can't rebook. can you help me
Declining does not mean the dates are blocked (unless you opted for: "the dates are not available" when declining) or the guests is blocked, so technically the guest should be able to make the booking again.
BTW If the dates are blocked, make them available again in the calender. If the option "special offer" is available, you can use that one too and sent the reservation to the guest to accept..
I did the same thing. I messaged the guest and told her I changed my mind. So if she wants to can she book? I didn't hear back.
