I did n`t receive the transfer

Can some one tell me, why I did not receive the transfer in my bank account? The traveler has paid before a 20 days now, and I select my bank account on 25 - 03 - 2016, but did not payout yet. Thank you!

@Peter76 What dates are the reservation?  Airbnb sends out the payout 24 hours after the time you listed as the check in time on your listing.  Has the guest checked in yet?
