I did not accept a reservation within 24 hrs, now I would like to message him but no way to??? 

It shows the name of the guest but no way to click on a message to the guest.

Does anyone know what to do to contact him and unblock my calender?

hello @Joyce141,

You can only  message the guest via Inbox if there was at least 1 message to you from the guest.

Or goto "list of reservations" and click on "message history".

You can unblock the dates on your calender as explained here:
