If there is a confirmed booking, there is no option to decline. You can only decline booking requests.
Could you please explain the issue a bit better ? All fellow hosts can see from this end is that there is a recent automated posting on your profile indicating that you have made a cancellation on a confirmed booking from your end.
The booking was not confired yet and it came back cancelled.
That is very odd and not supposed to happen unless there is a host cancellation. Are the dates also blocked in your calendar as is normal with host cancellations ?

We are just fellow hosts on this forum trying to help each other and sometimes also give advice to travellers, we would not know why your account is blocked/taken down. You would need to contact airbnb.
