I don't understand why I have to change my listing from bed and breakfast which it to what ?

I don't understand the new regulations. I have a bed and breakfast what am I supposed to change it to?! And if I don't I get taken off?

You have 2 choices:

1/  "Private room in a house" this is for individual hosts that let out a room in their home. If this is you, change the description from "Private room in a bed and breakfast" and continue hosting.

2/ "Private room in a bed and breakfast" this is for business hosts who operate a bed and breakfast and have to comply with regulations. If you wish to continue hosting as a "Private room in a bed and breakfast" you have to register your business details and have them displayed on your listing (EU regulations).

They can be added by going to your account settings and clicking settings. (don't fill in the Limited Company bit unless you are a Limited Company)
