I found out that my host is cancelling all the reservation one day before the arrival

Dear All,

in 5 days I have a reservation in Bucarest for a flat with a host who has begun to use Airbnb the last month. I tried to contact her for organinzing the pick up of the keys, but she didn't reply. So I checked the comments of the last month and found out she has cancelled all the reservation one day before the arrival of the guest in 8 occasion, and in 2 of them even not cancelled the reservation but the people were not able to find her and the place and don't have the money back. As my term of reservation are rigids, what can I do?

I don't want to lose my money and I need to make another resarvation as soon as possible!!!

Please help me!!!

@Elena360  Contact Air BNB as soon as possible to ask for help in relocating to another listing.  If this host has a history of cancelling, they should not be able to host on this site.  Air BNB usually takes strong steps to remove hosts that cancel.  Here is a link to a guide to ways to contact AirBNB including phone numbers
