Yes you will get more of that early on because people see that you don't have any reviews yet so they throw offers out to see if you will take the bait. Ignore it as they will continue asking for you to provide extras once they arrive. Your pricing looks fair and you are smart to have a couple good references on your listing so that is good. 

If I can make a couple suggestions to help you get better inquiries, I would remove the photo where someone is looking into the window because it might discourage some people, especially women, from wanting to reserve the space. Also, I would consider warming it up with some artwork on the walls as they look a little bare right now. With so much dark wood in the apartment, photos with cool blues, greens, and some oranges and reds will really create some nice focal points in your listing. Art that features your city would be nice as it reminds folks of why they want to come to your area and suggests that you can give them further insight into the things to do in your town.
