I got charged twice from 2 credit cards for the same booking

I booked a one-night trip yesterday and tried to pay with the first credit card but it didn't go through there was a message saying that the credit card is not accepted. Then I tried another one and paid successfully. However, I got charged twice from both credit cards. 

 

Tried to send Airbnb emails to explain the case and request refund for the first credit card a few times but they didn't reply. 

 

What to do now?
