I got scammed by a host and Airbnb support won't even look at the case

Has anyone got any traction with AirBnb support? Seems like they have virtually shut down the whole team. I've been waiting 54 days for them to get back to me after being scammed by a host...

@Chester31  Yes, their customer service has been reduced to almost nothing. Be persistent, that's all I can suggest. Almost no one, be they hosts or guests, is getting timely responses, if they get a response at all. It's an absurd way to run a company.
