I had a star rating now its gone

I have had two guests stay with me in my new room in my house. They have both reviewed well - butno star rating ? Why is there not one for these guests..this never happened to me before?  Does this mean they did not mark me that way please can  they go back t o do it?  My listing looks very bald without the stars? Help me please

Could be they did not understand they were supposed to mark stars when they reviewed you. Happens.

Are these the first reviews for this room? The star ratings do not show up on your listing until you have three reviews. You should be able to see them in Stats, though—if you don't, they just didn't use the stars, but that doesn't seem likely. If they didn't, you have two good reviews but have to wait longer to get a star rating on your listing—but probably the stars will show up after one more review.
