How do I unblock these dates on the calander, so that another guest can book them?

Why did you have to cancel? If your reason for cancelling doesn't come under their exceptional circumstances policy and it wasn't because didn't meet your house rules, then by cancelling you have indicated your place isn't available and one of the penalties Airbnb impose is to block the dates in your calendar (see Airbnb Help Centre - host cancellations).
