@Gunilla5 If you have access to the listing settings, add your bank payout method to the listing. Then you mark the new bank account as the primary payout method and it freezes payments to the old bank account. Sorry for your loss, I hope this helps.

@Gunilla5 you may have to wait few days until new account is verified and then you can set it as primary account.
