I have a reservation that says <<awaiting payment>>

FIrst need to say that i find it very frustrating that i cannot find anyway to contact airbnb....

I have a question about a guest that has a reservation for August, most of the month. They completed a reservation request, and my calendar is now blocked for the period they reserved, however i never received a confirmation and in my inbox it says <<awaiting payment>>. What can i do with this? I dont want want to wait for them to block my calendar, while they have not finalized the reservation? What are my options here?

Sometime he takes 24h to approved the payment or submit another payment u just have to wait 

ABB is taking care of it
