I have been asked  to block out one week on calendar but person only wants to book 2 nights via Airbnb site. She has mentioned a possible negotiation for staying longer and not paying cleaning fees. Please refer me to the rules about this situation. Thanks

I wouldn’t do this. Say if the guest wants to hold the space for a week she must book it through Airbnb.

If the booking works for you both after the first week, you have availability and she-wants to stay longer then you might want to consider a longer direct booking.

@Caroline1084 asking for a discount, not wanting to pay cleaning fees & negotiating to pay off the site are a big red flag. I would be declining to host them, if your place is out of their budget there are plenty of options that would fit their budget.
