I have been put into a wrong apartment by airbnb and they say its a minor accuracy

I rented an apartment on Airbnb and my host has put me into the wrong apartment and when I call Airbnb my case keeps getting transferred from case manager to case manager without any resolution. The worst part is they haven't even acknowledged that its a problem. 

The very first picture in the listing is not in the apartment and they think its a minor accuracy. 

 

 

Can someone help me out here

@Manoj37  Does the apartment differ from the one that you booked in ways that would cause you to prefer to terminate the booking? Is it missing essential listed amenities? Unsanitary? Less suitable for your accessibility needs?

 

If any of these are true and you urgently need to be relocated, this would be the appropriate way to frame your complaint. Otherwise, it's hard to see what the problem is.
